Currently operating from 5 factories in Rutherford NSW comprising 17,500 m2 ( 3½ football fields) of undercover factory space and 60,000 m2 of hardstand and operational areas.
General Manager
Michael has been employed in the management team for the past eight years. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of the design and modernisation of demountable buildings, Michael commenced with NET over 20 years and has progressed through all areas of the production process, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of demountable refurbishment. Michael has a keen interest in design and modernisation, working with engineers, architects and other industry bodies to improve DoE's asset.
Commercial Manager
Aaron joined NET in 2015 to oversee all commercial aspects of the business. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a CPA. Aaron brings to the company a wealth of experience and has held previous roles with ASX listed and private companies in various industries such as Motor Vehicles, Mining Services, Manufacturing and Waste.
Operations Manager
With 35 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing and building industry, and 20 years in senior management, John joined the team at NET February 2017. John has previous exposure working with modular construction, holding senior roles within the industry. John's appointment strengthens NETs capabilities to commit to further production output and broaden our modular knowledge base.
Sustainability Manager
Tom initially was engaged as Sustainability Manager in 2014 and worked on the accreditation process of NET's WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems. Tom has worked in the role of Production Manager of the Gardiner St factory and has overseen the assembly line process carried out by workers and sub-contractors.
Tom has extensive experience in WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems and HR, and recently managed these within roles in the environmental management industry. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Newcastle University and a Cert 4 in Occupational Health & Safety.

NET has held contracts with the NSW Department of Education and Public Works for the past 30 years involving manufacturing and refurbishment of, transportation and installation and removal of modular buildings.
Working closely with design teams NET has capabilities to produce various modular solutions and provide a turnkey service
Current projects include multistorey school buildings which include connecting walkways and balcony modules and lifts to ensure compliance for accessibility.
